Every session begins with an assessment to evaluate goals, where you might be struggling, and how I can help. My goal is to focus on the English that you really need to know, so that you don’t waste precious time.
Children’s Lessons
60 minutes
Beginner-friendly classes for children and youths.
In these short classes, children learn the basics of English, including grammar, syntax, and pronunciation. I focus on what your child is struggling with the most and find creative ways to explain difficult concepts. We also play games and practice speaking! If your child is struggling with English at school, get them excited again!
Group Lessons
90 minutes
Do you and some friends want to practice English together? Join a group class.
This is a 1 ½ hour class with a small group of other learners looking to practice with their peers. In this class, we assess the students’ individual needs while being sensitive to the group. This is a great opportunity to discuss grammar concepts that may have been forgotten and engage in conversation with different people. This class builds confidence and introduces a variety of different discussion topics. If you are struggling with listening and understanding different accents, a group class is for you!
Adult Private Lessons
60-90 minutes
Personalized classes designed to teach you what you need to know in English.
Each session begins with an assessment of what your specific needs/ goals are for learning English, and together we come up with a plan to get you there. I have experience teaching Business English skills, such as public speaking and communication in meetings. I can also help you with conversation practice, expressing yourself effectively, and building confidence. You will no longer be afraid to answer that English phone call!
